2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 3 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
