"Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. "While our overall experience was good. We had to move rooms due to noise. Not sure if the walls have no sound insulation. We had a disco going on at 12:00am. Moved from that room to fall asleep by 1am to them be woken up at 7:00am from the room next to us planning the entire day with the entire family in person and speakerphone. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"Unfortunately we got locked out of our room because of an error on the hotel’s part they gave us a room with a broken door. We waited an hour or so for the owner to come and you could tell it’s happened multiple times before the door had marked of other attempts.i just wish I did pay full price for a not fully functioning room"

"The place is run down and dated. Rooms are dark, no iron, ironing board was broken. Bathroom light would not stay on, closet doors were missing. People hanging out in the hallway by the elevator charging their phones while taking on it and hanging out in their rooms with their door open like they live there."

"The roim itself was fine and I was happy that there were a microwave, fridge, and even with utensils. I was in room 115. The easy access to the parking lot was great, too. Though there were people walked back and forth with loud steps for a long time and that was annoying. I thought about calling the front desk, but I didn't. It eventually stopped, but it went for a while. I had a busy weekend I was hoping to rest up."

"The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July."

The room was disappointing: It was dusty, the floors were not clean, the furniture was worn, and the shower fixtures were rusty. The overall condition did not match the price paid. Won’t stay again."
