Enjoy a private 250 sq ft rooftop patio with a private hot tub, bar top, dining table with umbrella, hanging lights & games. Renovated & stylish with BBQ, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry & underground parking.
The space
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, and more) plus bar seating for 3.
Dining Room: Cozy dining area with seating for 3 and views of 17th Avenue and downtown.
Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed (sleeps 2), blackout curtains, smart TV, and a walk-in closet with hangers and shelves.
Second Bedroom: Includes a comfortable queen bed (sleeps 2), blackout curtains, smart TV, dresser, and luggage rack.
Loft: Bright, inviting space with a queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, luggage rack and located right next to the second full bathroom for added convenience.
Living Room: Open-concept with massive windows, tons of natural light, reclining couch, gas-lined fireplace, smart TV, and a bonus balcony with a gas-lined BBQ and views of 17th Avenue.
Bathrooms: Two full baths - one upstairs, one downstairs - each stocked with plenty of towels and essential toiletries. One features a shower, the other a relaxing tub.
Patio: The best part of the home - your private rooftop oasis! Features a hot tub, outdoor bar and stools, dining table with umbrella, projector for movies under the stars, and games (tic-tac-toe, beanbag toss, Jenga, jumbo Connect 4). Seating for 13!
We’re all about good stays and good vibes! But since this is a condo, we’ve got a few rules to keep the neighbours happy and our listing alive. Nothing unreasonable - just common sense and courtesy. Don’t worry, we’re super easygoing. If anything unexpected comes up, just reach out - we’re here to help! That said, here are the house rules and terms to keep things running smoothly:
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. A violation will result in a $500 fine.
Smoking & Illicit Substances: Smoking and the use of any illicit substances are strictly prohibited in the unit and building. A violation will result in a minimum $500 fine.
Parties: Parties are not permitted. A violation will result in a $2,000 fine and immediate eviction. A maximum of 8 guests is allowed on the property at any time.
Key Replacement: Lost or stolen keys will incur a $300 fee to cover a new building fob, building key, and lock replacement.
Garage door remote replacement: Lost or stolen garage fobs will incur a $250 fee to cover a new garage door remote.
Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 10 AM. A $50 fee per half hour will apply for late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
