Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom plus 1 bonus room and fun basement home nestled in the gorgeous neighborhood of Kincora! With its expansive layout, this spacious gem offers an open-concept living area and a beautifully landscaped backyard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Ideal for families or those seeking a serene retreat, this home combines comfort, style, and the charm of a sought-after location.
The space
3 bedrooms plus bonus room at this house with a total of 5 beds (2 Queen beds 2 Twin beds and 1 sofa bed). Extra guest can also sleep on the couches both in the living room or the basement.
The kitchen is fully loaded with most of the supplies you need for your stay with family or friends

Fantastic. Very clean, check-in was a breeze, the host was very responsive. The house had plenty of room so we were not crowded. The Bonus Room was a definite BONUS as it became a reading/napping room.

This house was located in a good area of the city to access the Science Centre, Zoo and Calaway Park. It had lots of stores nearby for the necessities. The house was in good condition with some minor wear and tear of being a rental. The host was friendly and provided the rental with everything you would need for towels, toiletries and dishwear. It does not have air conditioning but there are fans in all rooms that help with the heat. Our family had a good stay.
