Welcome to our charming and affordable studio apartment in the heart of downtown Calgary! Ideal for budget-conscious travelers, this cozy and older studio offers a comfortable and convenient stay while exploring all that Calgary has to offer.

This is a self check-in unit, detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival for a smooth and easy entry.

The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

No pets are allowed in the unit.

Third-party bookings are not allowed, the person booking must be the one staying in the unit.

Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days.

The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance.

Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building.

Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay.

Smoke Smell Disclosure:
While our unit is strictly non-smoking, please be aware that the building includes other tenants who are not under our management, and some of them may smoke. Despite our best efforts to remind them and thoroughly clean the unit, smoke smell may occasionally linger. An air purifier is available upon request.
By booking this property, you acknowledge this condition has been clearly communicated, and refunds or cancellations due to smoke smell will not be accepted.

Public transportation is nearby, making it easy to get around without a car.

Please observe quiet hours and treat the space with care out of consideration for neighbors.

Note: The lift at Neff apartments' building is currently our of order, and is under the process of repair. We request your patience in the meanwhile.

First of all they did not respond to my question about the side door check in code prior to my arrival. Then I had to call & call to get the code.The studio bed was awful, terrible. There is no word to describe it.I think the owner should spend a night there to how bad it is and should replace it for the next guest, otherwise there will be more bad comments ahead.

Worst experience with VRBO

First of all getting in touch with the host was impossible. We never got the access codes till they finally communicated with the building manager after an hour of being on property. There was no coziness about this apartment. The bathroom was gross with long hair every where and dry wall mud falling off the walls, only had half a roll of toilet paper. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, and everytime we moved it squeaked. Then it was so hot that we needed the window open but it was so loud because of being downtown, there was no way we could sleep. It was a very stressful and miserable experience. We booked for two nights but couldn't stay another night. We asked for a refund on the one night but got the run around by the owner and VRBO and we more than likely will not see a dime. I hope this review helps someone to not have to go through this horrible experience.
