This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished condo is located in Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. This resort is located just minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and some of the finest seafood restaurants in Calabash. Our great location affords easy access to some of the best golfing on the Grand Strand.
This spacious and bright condo features brand new living room furniture, a new 48”Sony flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the amenities one would expect from a comfortable condo, a breakfast bar, a separate dining room which comfortably seats 6-8, as well as an outside dining table on our spacious deck overlooking the ninth hole of the Magnolia Golf Course. WiFi is also included.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has one of the best locations in Brunswick Plantation. This second floor condo offers the privacy and security of not being on the ground level, as well as a spectacular view of the golf course. This condo features new living room furniture, new pergo flooring and a new hi def TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom offers one new queen size bed as well as a double bed, a dresser, a hi def TV and a private bath. There is also a full size pull out sofa in the living room. The second bedroom is very large, has its own kitchenette, small dining table, dresser and private bath with a whirlpool tub. This large bedroom also has one queen size bed and one double size bed.

There is a spacious deck which spans the length of the living room and bedroom. The property offers two pools, a workout facility and a tennis court. Joggers and walkers are invited to view the plantation while luxuriating in the glorious Carolina sunshine. We have always felt that this condo is our home away from home as it provides you with a warm, inviting environment. This location is perfect for a couples getaway, a family retreat and of course, perfect for a group of golfers who prefer the space and convenience of a condo to a hotel room.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided.

All the years we've stayed at Brunswick, this is the best. So quiet and beautiful. Only issue checking in but that was taken care of fast. Loved, Loved this unit. Felt like we knew the owners. Hope we can visit/stay here again.

Great place to stay with great surroundings. We have rented here several times and always enjoy this condo. The property owner reported that the washer and dryer had broken during the previous stay. He had a new one there within 2 days! He always tends to guests needs. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week while house hunting in area. Brunswick Plantation is great golf course community. The accommodations were in Commons 1, up one floor, not many stairs. The unit was clean, very spacious, and had a back deck extending the width of the condo. Two queen beds in each bedroom. Each bedroom had a TV. The living area, kitchen, dining, and living room were very spacious and had a large TV and Wi-Fi. The living room sofas were super comfy, and bathrooms clean on arrival. Kitchen had a Kuerig machine and all necessary appliances, glassware, etc. The washer/dryer allowed us to pack less for the trip. The desk clocks in each bedroom didn't work, but our cell phones handled the alarms. We called the owner upon arrival as we couldn't close the lock box. Joe was friendly and told us how to close it. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd year staying at Joe and Toni’s properties. The size of the condo, the location and amenities are perfect for us. Joe and Toni are great owners and have always answered any questions we’ve had immediately. We hope to rent from them for years to come!

The unit was very nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable for the most part. Kitchen had ample cooking materials and they were easy to find. The unit was clean and inviting. The sofas were not especially comfortable and there was no ice maker in the fridge which was a bit of a surprise. The pool area was not swept while we were there, and the parking lot drain was clogged with pine needles etc., so when it rained rain puddled up on our tires about halfway up. Our host was very helpful and made himself available for any questions. Again, the unit was very nice, our only problems were with maintenance around the pool and parking lot.

This location was great for my stay. Enjoyed Myrtle Beach and surrounding area. You may need to check your air conditioner as it’s function was lacking. Nice place and loved the view. Everyone was friendly. Great place to visit.
