  • This Spacious & Modern apartment will offer you all the comfort and equipment you need to enjoy a good stay with family or friends.

    The apartment is ideally located in the Hypercenter of Caen in the direct vicinity of historical monuments, in a quiet street.

    All shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, etc...).

    The accommodation, with a surface area of 60m2, is entirely on the first floor, and benefits from a private entrance.

    It is composed of the following rooms:

    * Living room equipped with an HD TV & WIFI Fibre Optic, 1 sofa bed for 2 people with real bed base & mattress.

    * Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc..

    * Dining area with large dining table for convivial meals.

    * Spacious bathroom with bathtub, double sink, washing machine, iron.

Lication was excellent for evenings in Caen. The host was quick to reply to questions. The checkin and check out process was seamless.

Au top , très propre décoré avec soin, spacieux, très bien situé, propriétaire très réactif. Je recommande !

The location was very good. There were various shops and restaurants, and sites nearby as well as playground with a basketball court, track and a field. One of the bedrooms needed more privacy the windows of the bedroom didn’t have curtains so there was no privacy in that room. The window on the ceiling in the bedroom did not have a way to block the light from coming in. The entrance to the apartment needs more lighting. It was hard to see the lock at night. The wifi didn’t have good coverage in the bedrooms and it dropped often. The clothes washer/dryer didn’t work properly; the clothes didn't dry. There could have been more instructions on how to use the appliances.
