This detached villa is located on the water in holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.

The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find, in addition to the living room with a TV with streaming function and a Playstation 4, an open kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There also is a third bathroom with a shower or bathtub. There is a second separate toilet on the landing.

Through the patio doors, you can reach the garden on the water with terrace and garden furniture. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.
