Escape to sunny Brasilito for a serene stay at this sleek and contemporary home tucked into the lush trees, around 1/2-mile from Brasilito Beach. Spend time cooling off in your private pool after a long hot-weather hike. Aside from the beach, lots of local restaurants and shops are within walking or biking distance, with jungle adventures at Diamante Eco Adventure Park, Monkey Jungle Zip Line Canopy Tour, golf courses, and miles of gorgeous coastline all within 13 miles. This home is also just walking distance to Playa Conchal.

At home, start each day with coffee on your shady lanai, overlooking the pool and the tropically landscaped backyard. Large accordion doors onto the lanai from the main living space and both bedrooms create true indoor/outdoor living space, and flood the home with abundant light and cool breezes. The sleek, modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of mealtime seating at the wraparound breakfast bar that extends to a pass-through on the lanai.

Spend the day at the beach, then come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower before throwing the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Relax with a bit of TV, upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi, or unplug entirely with evening cocktails back out on the lanai. Drift off in either well-appointed bedroom thinking of dreamy days in the jungle.

love the secure feel, it’s a gated community. close to lots of areas to eat, shop, fish and or swim. The pool was great and we would use this location again

Modern Hom, Brasilito

The property is not well kept at all. The day of our expected arrival, we were sent a text that the house was ready for early check in! We messaged and called but were not able to reach the site manager to inform of our arrival, as was instructed. Thankfully we had the email from the rental management company for the entry code. Upon arrival, the water did not work in the home. The pool was unusable, the cover was still on and it was very very dirty. The internet was also down. We messaged the property manager through Whatsapp with no reaponse again. We then messaged Vacasa and were told a ticket was created. After 2 hours or more and no reaponse, call, or arrival of any maintenance I called. Another ticket was created. A short time later, I contacted them asking how long, and was given no information on when we could expect help or water. Finally, my husband was able to reach the property manager on Whatsapp. Andrey had maintenance come and he was able to get the water working very quickly. He helped take the pool cover off. The water was full of debris. We were told someone would be there to clean the pool the next day. We were gone all day and upon return, no one had been there. Another message and call, finally 2 people came to help clean the pool. It never was fully clean but was usable. The grounds are not well kept. The inside is very poorly maintained and not cleaned well at all. We never had clean feet the entire time we were there. Very poor experience.

Great location and great property

Overall everything was great. I would give 4.5 stars. The pool, amenities and location were great. The only issue was bugs. Lots of ants, despite bug spray, a few LARGE spiders and a even a SCORPION in the house!! And this is despite keeping the doors /windows closed as much as possible. A very special shout out to the groundskeeper Francisco. He was amazing and went above and beyond to keep the grounds and pool clean. And an even bigger shout out to his son Milan. What a great little boy. I would highly recommend but need better control of the bugs if possible.

Moderne Villa mit großem Pool

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Villa, der Pool ist groß und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Es fehlen nur einige dekorative Elemente in den Räumen, aber wir wussten dies, da alles auch so im Internetauftritt zu sehen ist. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Brasilito house

We arrived to this newer well appointed villa that is located in a gated community close to town. The a/c wasn’t working and they arrived the next day and got it running. This house works great for 2 couples.
