The Space:
This luxurious home with a modern design can sleep six guests between three bedrooms and offers a spacious floor plan, a beautiful covered patio, and a sleek infinity pool.
This single-story house has an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space at the heart of the home, decorated with cool blue accents, natural-colored furniture, and white fixtures and walls for a laid-back feel that is perfect for a beach vacation.
The living room features a plush couch and two matching armchairs, a wooden coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, and it is situated next to a large sliding glass door that opens to the covered patio and swimming pool. Behind the couch is a rectangular wooden dining table that can seat six.
The stylish kitchen has a modern look with white granite countertops and a breakfast bar that can seat three. Sleek white cabinets complement the countertops, and the blue and white backsplash and gold pendant lights give the kitchen a pop of color. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave.
Casa Tropical has three bedrooms, each with a clean, modern look, blue accent walls, and private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a sliding glass door that leads to the patio, a small desk and a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and a massive walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have sliding glass doors and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, though one room has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen.
This luxury home also has a beautiful outdoor space. The covered patio features a wooden dining table with two matching benches, a chic outdoor furniture set with plush cushions, and a BBQ grill. The pristine private swimming pool has an infinity ledge that overlooks the home’s lush tropical landscaping to create a private resort-style getaway in Playa Flamingo.
