If you enjoy longish walks on the beach, you’re within a short walking distance of the new marina and downtown Flamingo.

The apartment enjoys a huge terrace (nearly 40 square meters) and is furnished with a teak table, two teak benches, and four beach chairs made by Nicaraguan artists. The sparkling saltwater pool (12.5 x 8 m) is one of the largest in the area and is ready to cool you down during warm days. Inside, you will discover a welcoming living area with a modern sofa, a large TV with about 700 channels, and furniture made of fine teak. The home is decorated with photos taken by a noted Spanish photographer and with paintings done by local artists. Prepare exquisite homemade meals in the adjacent ultramodern electric kitchen that has white cabinets, black quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island. The fully equipped kitchen also features a rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils. A gorgeous rectangular cedar table seats four. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large wardrobes with drawers. The two bathrooms have showers, hot water, and cedar furniture, with beautiful mosaics on the walls. The larger bathroom has two square sinks. Additional perks include a BBQ grill, books for adults and children, and an on-site washer/dryer.
