This beautifully maintained villa offers an eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Other ammenities include a dining area, cable, flat screen TV’ s, in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. 
Additionally, there are two master suites each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room. 
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
