NOTE.- There is construction around, there may be noise from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday from 9am to 2pm

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Cleaning service during the stay is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

Only registered guests are allowed in the property. Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted. This rule is for security and in accordance with community policies.
