Welcome to Casa Sergio!

You will love staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the exclusive gated community area of Pedregal. Inside of Pedregal, is nestled this small community called Blue Bay. You will love the views of the ocean and downtown area!

When you walk into Casa Sergio you will love the open floor plan from the kitchen area to the living room area. You will see the bedrooms located on each side with the master bedroom having an amazing view of downtown and the ocean!

There is a private terrace area off the living room area. You will love having morning coffee or lunch on this terrace area!

The community offers a pool area for relaxation.

It is a quick 15-20 minute walk from the condo complex to downtown San Lucas where you will find endless amazing restaurants, the marina, Medano beach, the mall, and more!

You dont want to miss out on Casa Sergio! We can also provide concierge services for airport transportation, pre arrival groceries, activities, chef services, and more!

Clean and comfortable, but…

Stayed at this property for one month. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, and view is incredible. However, as a previous reviewer stated, you must climb 4 flights of stairs to get to unit- no elevator. The walk down the mountain was fairly easy but we ended taking an Uber back each time as the hike back to unit was too much. Kitchen supplies, like pans, are well used and should be updated. That said, building managers were quick to respond to a few issues we had. Also note that in Pedregal, the music from downtown Cabo comes up the mountain until nearly dawn.

Wonderful customer service

Kristen and her staff were amazing. I had to attend a wedding and they booked my makeup appointments and had a rental car delivered to the condo. Her team was very professional. We also appreciated the gated community it made us feel more secure. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly . We definitely will be back and we strongly recommend this property!

For fit and active only

Great place to stay. Loved the view and watching the sunrise every morning. Wi-Fi worked great for streaming movies and using a cell phone. If you are elderly or overweight please know the walk into town will be difficult. If you like to workout this is a great place to stay. You’ll burn a lot of calories. I had a difficult time communicating with the host when checking in and no response from the host when I told him we needed a new coffee maker (lid was missing). Otherwise beautiful trip. Mattresses were comfy and there were plenty of beach towels, laundry detergent and soap.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, walking distance to marina if you don’t mind walking uphill on the way back, smaller balcony, cozy condo big enough for 2 couples. Nice afternoons sitting by the pool, friendly local neighbours. Beautiful view of the city

Casa Sergio is a pleasure

Loved it. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Well stocked with soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc. Great outdoor balcony with views. Would easily book again.

Pedregal Views

Spacious 2 bedroom with comfortable beds, and excellent marina views. Replete with cleaning / sanitary supplies. For cooking, must buy all food items. No stock of spices, sugar, olive oil, etc.

Quick Getaway

This was our first trip to Cabo but will not be our last! We enjoyed the nice, clean condo. Very large, has great view and was everything we hoped! Linens were wonderful, bed was comfy, and the entire condo was very well maintained and clean and quiet with easy access to the marina. We arranged Transportation through the rental, and they were wonderful, on time, very friendly and convenient. We arranged the "Welcome Service" which came with more than we could eat! It was fresh and truly wonderful upon our arrival. From Gloria we also arranged a breakfast and again she provided freshly prepared food and more than we could eat! Gloria is a fine chef, and we highly recommend her service! Overall, our stay, transportation, and dining rated a 10 and we'll do it all again in the near future.
