Welcome to 6202 Casa Sue!

This ocean front newly renovated two bedroom condo is nestled on the cliffs of Misiones and only minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The ocean view is stunning and whale watching from November to April can be enjoyed on the deck, either on the lounge chairs in the early morning sun or in the evening on the sunset sectional couch. A wet bar on the deck, mini fridge, and stainless steel barbeque are just some of the wonderful features, not to mention the 75 inch Smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is beautifully designed with copper sinks, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, the fridge includes an ice maker and filtered water.

The resort offers two beaches; Monument beach is ideal for the experienced surfer and Cabo Ballo beach is ideal for snorkeling, collecting sea treasures or just relaxing and sun tanning. Two beautiful pools, one looking out to the ocean and the other features a swim up pool bar. Casa Sue has everything you need to make your holiday perfect; snorkeling gear for two, sun chairs, sun umbrella for the beach, cooler and beach towels. Just bring the Corona and you are all set for the day!

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, its own private bathroom, and patio doors leading to the deck. If this is a working holiday, then you will have access to WIFI for any work related items that you may need to do. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large window looking out to the ocean. The condo has a newly installed air conditioner, stainless steel appliances, including dish washer and lots of gadgets for cooking or making your favorite margarita! Costco and Wal-Mart are all located less than a mile away and a mini-mart is just minutes away at the front of Misiones. In home Chef and Spa services are available for the pampered life style.

The ocean view was fantastic. The property was beautiful and as shown. A little bit of cleaning of the windows and carpet were needed, but everything else was spotless, comfortable and wonderful. If you like a well appointed kitchen with every utensil you could possible think of, they definitely have it! I would definitely stay here again.

Kristen was BEYOND amazing and helpful with our booking, especially when our airline kept changing flights. Arranged our airport transportation for us (went without a hitch). Rodrigo was welcoming and friendly. They offered to help us with anything, but seriously, we didn’t need anything. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Even the grounds caretakers and the people at the entrance were cheerful and welcoming. We did a quick Costco run to stock the kitchen and were good to go. We spent most of our time on the fabulous porch. It was like being on a beach…without actually going to the beach. Meaning: just inside the door we had fresh coffee, cold beer, bathroom, air conditioning…or a nap. (Speaking of naps—the beds were comfortable. I often find hotel beds too soft—or too sensitive to motion like when someone rolls over or gets up at night. These were just the right firmness and did not transmit motion at all). I slept so well with the window open and the sound of surf crashing on rocks below.We did walk to the adjoining beach a few times to dip our toes into the water (also pretty).Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Sue. The patio was amazing, watching the sunrise and the whales each morning was a highlight and then relaxing on the patio couch in the evening was so relaxing. The condo space was great, the beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and the staff at the pool bars were great. Thank you for a nice stay!

Beautiful Condo

My friend and really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in 6202 and it had the most awesome views of the ocean and being able to see the ships and big yachts go out to sea every morning and then come back in in the evenings. It was so relaxing. Our host Rodrigo was so nice and patient with us. We loved Daniel he helped us take us in the golf cart because we are older so it was harder for us to walk.

Misiones Gem

We absolutely love this condo in Misiones. One of the best whale watching decks we’ve ever had. Spacious 2 bed/bath with huge tv and everything we needed for a great 10 days. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and they replaced it with a new one very quickly. Always received a quick response with any question we submitted. Only improvement I could suggest would be better water pressure in the master bath. Book early because we tried to return in 2026 but they were already blocked for February!

What a Patio! What a View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sue. There was plenty of space for my wife and teenage son to spread out. The full-size kitchen was perfect for our needs and came fully stocked. It was SO nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view while eating, playing cards or just watching life go by on the water. Oh yeah, and there are whales! Lots and lots of whales! We were very glad to have packed our binoculars and recommend anyone visiting to do the same. Everyone we met at the resort, from guests to owners to staff, were very friendly. The swim-up bar/restaurant was reasonably priced with a happy-hour every day from 4-5. (The Malibu shrimp tacos were out of this world!)Kristen with Cabo PM went above and beyond with arranging delivery and pick-up of our rental car for a day trip to Todos Santos. Downtown San Lucas and the Fresko market, right up the street, were just quick Uber rides away. The private beach is just a walk down the stairs and was never busy. In the evening, a short walk to Monuments Beach was a perfect place to watch the sun set over the Arch.This condo was exactly what we were looking for; a peaceful, quiet place to recharge and recenter. We'd definitely stay here again.

Love Misiones!

Review

The condo wasn’t bad. However, it’s not really accurate when it comes to the closeness of the private beach. It’s not a long walk, but it’s all down hill to get there and then up a very steep flight of stairs to get to the beach itself. Which means on the way back, it’s all uphill. Also the beach isn’t soft sand and it’s not meant to swim. You would need to find another beach if that’s what you were planning on doing. The swim up bar was awesome and all of the bartenders and workers were fantastic. However, we were there during the “HOA” meet week and were anything but welcomed. We were given dirty looks and comments made about us being there. You could tell this was not a place that really welcomed outsiders. As for the location, it was great. Close to downtown and very easy to get an Uber or taxi. Along with being close to a grocery store. The property manager of this condo was very communicative and also easy to correspond with. Overall we had a nice stay in cabo, but will not be staying at this condo again. It was more of a retirement community and not a friendly one.

Beautiful Cabo condo

Property was perfect for our group of two couples. Great location, amazing ocean view. Staff onsite at the pool/bar were great! Rodrigo came and saved the day when the TV would not work. Would definitely book again.

This is our second time staying at Missiones. As the last time we loved it. The condo was amazing!! Great views. Perfect spot for 4 people. We absolutely love the pool and the pool bar is so awesome. Jared and Andres are amazing. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view and patio.. Husband loved the big couch and I loved my spot on the lounge chairs with the Million dollar view! Great bed-comfy! Large big space that was great for my husband & I plus our 28yr old son for 12 nights ❤️ Love the pool, grill (amazing burgers), & bar+swim up at... Awesome staff!!!! Go see Luis and Andres ❤️😁👍 seriously only 15+ min to drive into Cabo San Lucas. However.. I personally loved the more chill location here! Close to many grocery stores.. I could go on sincerely... The gate guys will take your luggage and groceries to your room on golf cart if you ask.. They are amazing. Property is beautiful! OK I'll stop 😉 But.. You should definitely go! 😍 h and I and our 28yr old
