The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The room, however, had several strands of long brown hair (I have 1 inch long brown hair lol) and was generally unclean. House was okay for our pet stay. I'm tall, so I could see that the top of the fridge was filthy. The freezer rack was rusted too. Enjoyed the deck and was happy to see that the chair cushions were clean and stored inside.A cheap flip
