Hello, dear vacation guests,

Our approximately 86 m² house offers you a cozy, modern interior with a high level of comfort.

On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all other necessary utensils. A high chair is available for our younger guests. The living area features a leather couch and two leather armchairs, a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, and a gas fireplace. Books and a collection of games are also available.

On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a travel crib with bedding. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The third room contains a cross-trainer, an exercise bike, and a rowing machine. Here you can do your daily fitness routine. All three rooms are also equipped with flat-screen TVs.

The third bedroom is located in the attic and features a double bed and a dresser. A flat-screen TV is also available here.

The south-west-facing terrace area is furnished with six garden chairs, two lounge chairs, a garden table, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. If the garden furniture is on the terrace, you can store bicycles in the outdoor storage room.

For your safety, smoke detectors have been installed in the bedrooms as well as in the living and dining areas.

The shared sauna house is located about 50 m away.
