"The property is located in old town so streets are very narrow and steep. If you have a car parking can be found but it isn't that close so something to consider if you have heavy bags. Unfortunately the building isn't well sound proofed so you can hear other guests conversations and people walking around at all hours, bring ear plugs. We were only staying one night so we managed well enough."

"Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
* Stark veraltetes und heruntergekommenes Hotel
* Verschmutzte und beschädigte Wände
* Dreckiges Badezimmer mit Schimmelspuren
* Enttäuschendes Frühstück
* Sehr hoher Preis, insbesondere angesichts des Zustands
Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren das einzig Positive. Aufgrund fehlender Alternativen mussten wir hier kurzfristig mit unserem Kind übernachten."

"I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad.
I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place.
In short, we will not be staying there again."

"This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa...
