Yallingup Lagoon Beach House—A Spectacular Getaway

The Space:

Nestled within the pristine dunes of Yallingup just 300m from the beach, this stylish retreat is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Step into the bright, open-plan living area, where plush sofas, a Smart TV, and a cosy indoor log fire invite you to relax after a day by the sea. The modern kitchen, bathed in natural light from the splashback window, is fully equipped with high-end appliances, perfect for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet feasts. The dining area flows seamlessly onto a private patio, with a fire pit and BBQ providing the ideal setting for relaxed outdoor meals.



On the ground floor, a spacious bunk room doubles as a second lounge, featuring air conditioning, a TV, a kitchenette, and direct outdoor access. This space is perfect for kids to unwind in their own private retreat. Upstairs, three elegant queen bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries. The primary suite boasts a private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated workspace, and a sleek ensuite. The second queen bedroom also features a balcony, allowing you to soak in the fresh sea air. A third stylish queen room offers a quiet retreat with soft linens and natural light. The main bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a beach day.



A true haven of convenience, the home also includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as parking for three cars. Please note that all cars must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. There is no street parking available.



A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Located just 300m from Yallingup Beach, this home offers easy access to one of Western Australia’s most iconic coastal destinations. Whether you’re looking for a calm lagoon for swimming or a renowned surf break, the beach caters to all. The Ghost Trail leads to Caves House, a historic pub known for its vibrant atmosphere, dining, and live music.



For coffee and breakfast, Lagoon Yallingup and Shaana Café are nearby, while the Margaret River wine region is just a short drive away. Indulge in tastings at Wills Domain and Aravina Estate, or explore local art at Yallingup Galleries. End your day with a sunset walk along the shore, soaking in the natural beauty of the Cape to Cape coastline.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is parking for three cars on site. All cars must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. There is no street parking available.



Airport: 40 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
