Freshly renovated and filled with light, Pepperstone is a relaxed coastal retreat just moments from Old Dunsborough Beach. With five bedrooms, two lounges, and a leafy outdoor area with BBQ and firepit, it’s made for family holidays, friend getaways, and easy coastal living.



The Space:

Spread across two levels, Pepperstone offers the perfect balance of togetherness and space. Two inviting living areas mean the kids can enjoy a movie while adults unwind with a glass of wine by the fire. The modern kitchen flows effortlessly onto the entertainer’s deck, ideal for shared meals or sunset drinks. Bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, all styled with natural textures, soft tones, and thoughtful touches that create a warm, serene atmosphere.



Wake up to breakfast under the trees, spend the day at nearby beaches, and end your evenings around the fire beneath a sky full of stars. Pepperstone blends comfort, simplicity, and style - close to everything, yet quietly tucked away for a truly relaxing getaway.



Please note that a maximum of four vehicles can be parked on the property. Please do not park on the grass or on the street. Thank you!



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, garden, firepit, parking, and all living spaces. Check-in via smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet residential pocket of Dunsborough, this home puts you close to everything that makes this South West town so loved by holidaymakers. The town centre is just a short drive away, where you'll find boutique shopping, cafes, bakeries and restaurants serving fresh local seafood. Old Dunsborough Beach and the calm, family-friendly waters of Geographe Bay are nearby too, perfect for a swim or an easy foreshore stroll.



For a bit more adventure, guests can head towards Meelup Beach and Eagle Bay, known for their turquoise water and granite boulders, or continue on to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse for coastal views and, in season, whale watching. Wine and beer lovers are well placed for cellar door visits at nearby wineries and breweries such as Eagle Bay Brewing Co and Wise Wine, both popular for relaxed afternoons with a view.



Families will also enjoy Simmo's Ice Creamery, complete with mini golf and a playground, while those keen to explore further afield can easily reach Yallingup's Ngilgi Cave and Canal Rocks.



Getting Around:

Dunsborough is best explored by car, with the town centre, beaches and wineries all a short drive from the property.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
