The house was amazing, beds extremely comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, and sauna on the property. Susana left detailed instructions and easy to communicate with as needed. She was very accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hot tub was extremely relaxing, the home was very clean. Linens and sheets were fresh. Kitchen is small but had more than enough for our cooking needs. Great for a couple or small family!

This was pet friendly. Only comment about listing is the bathrooms. It has three bathrooms but you have to go outside, down steps and enter a door to use it. It’s located in the area wheee the sauna is. This maybe should be more clear in the listing of the location. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions.

Wonderful Property

We recently spent a few days for New Year's Eve at the chalet and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. The property itself was cozy yet spacious, providing ample room for our group of seven (plus a pet) to relax and enjoy our time together.Were were especially fans of the large hot tub, the sauna, and the fireplace.Thank you for a great stay!

Great Gateway for family and friends with kids

Great stay at this house. Owners are very responsive and helpful and answer right away which is amazing. House has great perks such as a hot tub and sauna which is exactly what we were looking for. Amenities are amazing as well ) great stay overall will be returning to this property for sure

Great weekend getaway location!

With me and 9 friends looking for a place in the Poconos to stay at during our snowboard trip, this location was perfectly suited to handle all of us. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of for any questions and that simplicity made for a smooth weekend. The hot tub and sauna were used often and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to sleep. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a location in the poconos

Good vibes indeed

Wonderful weekend in Saw Creek Estates! House is very comfortable. View from living room and spacious deck is amazing and peaceful. Hot tub was delightful. Host was proactive in getting us set up and answered all questions very quickly. Would certainly visit again.

EXCELLENT, COZY ACCOMMODATIONS!

The biggest want when looking for a place to stay is comfort and cleanliness. My family and friends all agreed we received both when lodging at this home. Sheets and blankets were clean, the sauna was amazing and we really received the mountain feel. We highly recommend and look forward to returning this summer. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations.

Summer vacation

Amazing location if you need a quick outing of NYC!

Went with the family which age ranged from 73-3 years old and everyone enjoyed this beautiful house! Great location to access the Poconos and not far from NYC (less than 2 hour drive). Great community, safe, calm and great amenities for the family! Hosts are very generous, respond very fast, and is very thoughtful. Will hopefully rent again!

Spacious hideaway in Poconos

We loved our stay in the Poconos. We especially loved the hot tub, sauna, easy access to numerous hiking trails, comfy beds and beautiful wrap around deck. Susanna was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly and effectively. The community has a lot of amenities - we ran out of time and didn't get to use them all! Would definitely stay again - especially in the height of summer when it was so cool up there!

Weekend get away

The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. I did not realize the 5th bedroom was in the basement and could not be accessed from inside the house. Access into the house was easy. I think the home it’s self was great for the price, but could have been just a tad bit cleaner. Food was left in the refrigerator that we didn’t touch and left in the door where we found it.

Great property with maintenance issues

Plenty of room. Small kitchen. Air was not working and vents were moldy. Most blinds were broken. 2 empty containers of lighter fluid. Housekeeping and maintenance staff need replacing. Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with but it seems impossible to get anyone to come fix things. Plenty of towels and some toiletry items too. We enjoyed our stay even with the minor issues. Luckily it wasn't crazy hot or the lack of air conditioning would have been a big issue. Also, the cleaning fee is high considering the crappy job they do.

It Will Be Great

It's a new rental and the owners are great communicators. I expect people's experiences to get better and better. The house (1960s vintage) needs some updating, like windows that don't open if you want a breeze, and screens in the porch that were detached from their frames. The kitchen is tiny (one person only). The hot tub was green when we got there, but got fixed, more or less, during our stay. WARNING: one of the security cameras seems to be pointed at the hot tub -- take note if you're modest. The lighting is also 1960s so is either super bright or nothing. The old shades aren't all working. Walking around the neighborhood is challenging given how hilly the area is, and we didn't find any trails. Virtually all houses in Saw Creek have views through trees - when they don't have leaves - so you can see the distant ridges which is nice.
