  • Si está buscando el lugar perfecto para vacacionar en Lake Cumberland, lo acaba de encontrar.

    Esta hermosa casa frente al lago se encuentra en la prestigiosa zona frente al lago de Lake Cumberland Resort. Con espectaculares vistas del lago desde dos cubiertas traseras grandes, esta casa se encuentra aproximadamente a sesenta yardas del agua.

    ¿Tienes un bote? También tendrá acceso a nuestro garaje seguro para almacenamiento de embarcaciones de 13x36.

    Lake Cumberland Resort, la mejor comunidad cerrada de Kentucky, cuenta con tres piscinas (una de las cuales se encuentra justo enfrente de nuestra casa), cancha de tenis y combustible. Todo esto está en una península de 1000 acres que se comparte con el Bosque Nacional Daniel Boone.

    El lujo abunda en esta casa de más de 2800 pies cuadrados que incluye cuatro habitaciones y tres baños y medio. La gran suite principal tiene una cama doble, chimenea eléctrica y vestidor. El espacioso baño principal contiene una bañera para dos personas, ducha y un tocador doble. Otras tres cómodas habitaciones ofrecen camas queen y una tiene su propio baño individual.

The property was very good. Location was somewhat difficult being a few miles off the main road, with a hilly and curvy road. Communication was excellent if you use Gmail. We use Outlook. Host could not send information through messaging or Hotmail, as Vrbo deleted that in host communication. Grandkids loved the pool. Many games to play on rainy days.

Wonderful trip

House is gorgeous, great setting and neighborhood. The house has all amenities you need. The pool is across the street and easily accessible. Highly recommend for a family to a friends weekend get away.

Great getaway on the lake!

We had a great week at David’s place! It was very comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Great layout, loved the 2 balconies/decks, pool table and proximity to the pool. We would definitely stay there again, hoping in summer 2024!👍

Worth the drive

We have stayed in this house multiple times and it never gets old. We have always stayed in winter but the view doesn't disappoint. In the early morning the water is so still it's hard to tell where the rocks end and the water begins. It's accommodating for our large family.

The home was beautiful. Very well maintained. Yhe cleaniest place we have stayed. It was perfect for family meals, family games, and the sitting area was big enough for the whole family. Beautiful views. New appliances. Nice little extras: night lights, several decks with different seating options, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. We cant wait to return

Peaceful

The house was perfect for us. We have 5 kids all 20 to 24. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the house. The pool was closed for the first few days until they treated the water. Nice close proximity to the dock was a huge plus!!

Relaxing and Enjoying Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family. A great way for us to all come together under the same roof to laugh and relax. Many memories were created and shared here. Only a minor issue with the freezer, but that was quickly resolved with a call to the property owner. Also, the proximity to the private dock and boat ramp made access to lake Cumberland that much easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
