Perfect family getaway! The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great facilities, comfortable beds, and a safe, welcoming space for the whole family. Check-in was easy and the host was lovely to deal with. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Only 3 Apartments in the building. Across the road from the beach & very convenient to the town centre. Apartment was very modern & well equipted. Would highly recommend.

2nd time staying here, this time in the luxury apartment upstairs with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Definitely worth the extra, though the kitchen isn’t as well equipped (1 small saucepan and an eclectic small collection of electric frying pan and large stock pots). Love the situation, just across the highway from the Penguin Lookout where there are talks every night at this time of year (October), and always a few penguins (and some chicks) to see. Can be a bit noisy with the traffic, including boy-racers and occasional ambulance. Convenient position for CBD and NWRHospital. Will try to book again next time in Burnie

Very convenient to town, a beautiful apartment. Very clean. This lovely apartment has the extra special feature of being so very close to the little penguin experience ! Would stay back here if visiting Burnie again.

Wonderful stay at Burnie !

I had absolutely Wonderful stay at Burnie ! Loved the Ocean front unit ,central location , free parking at your door , very spacious, modern , spotlessly clean unit with comfortable beds ! A very easy check in / out and very Freindly request accommodating host ! Highly recommended this unit to anyone travelling to Burnie !

Kitchen is well appointed with added extras like glad wrap, foil and oil. Laundry is shared. Don't expect to stand on the verandah as shown in the picture as it is all enclosed. Only disappointment was the lounge room. Couch is old and way to small for a 2 bedroom apartment. TV is tiny. WiFi was good.

The ease of check in and accessibility to the city centre and restaurants was a plus. However, the street noise every night was extreme. I also spoke with other guests that stayed there at the same time and they also had poor nights sleep while there due to the traffic noise

We stayed in the Beach apartment which was very tidy, modern, clean & comfortable with thoughtful detail. The only thing missing, in my view, for families with children particularly, is an outside gate at the front of the apartments. The front door and steps are near a very busy highway and the additional security provides a bit more comfort with peace of mind.

Very clean and comfortable, roomy. balcony in state of repair during you stay - weather not the best for sitting out during the 2 x night stay - Rachel did explain awaiting glass to complete this upgrade. Only negative was the constant traffic noise levels - made it hard to sleep in either bedroom. Some salt & peper grinders would have been helpful.

Communication was excellent prior to arrival to obtain check-in information. Our apartment clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and the property was within walking distance to eating and shopping options in the city centre as well as penguin viewing. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We also utilised the laundry facilities while we were there and it was great to have a huge washer and dryer available for free. As the apartment faces the highway it was a bit noisy at times but didn't impact our stay.

Burnie by the bay was a nice property with good washing/drying facilities. The only let down was the traffic noise. The property was on a main road with cars and trucks whizzing by all night. With only single glazed windows it was like a door was open all night, the traffic noise was so loud at all hours it made it difficult to sleep.

Logement idéal…en apparence

Logement idéalement situé et joliment meublé. Mais ce n’est hélas que de l’apparence. Chaises, fauteuils & canapé inconfortables. Lave vaisselle cheap. Douche sans pression et pommeau de douche sans réglage. Ouvertures en simple vitrage donc on vit avec le bruit des véhicules qui circulent. Propreté à revoir également.
