Detached two-storey house on a private plot of approximately 2,000 m², situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bunyola, surrounded by nature and very close to the Serra de Tramuntana. This property is designed for families, quiet groups and premium escapes seeking space, privacy and an authentic environment. Palma is around 10–15 minutes away by car, allowing you to combine relaxation with beach, city and mountain plans without long journeys.

What makes this house special is its outdoor area. The plot is large and green, with garden, lawn and wooded areas that create the feeling of a private estate. There are shaded corners for reading or resting, open spaces for playing, and a natural atmosphere that is felt from the moment you arrive. Within the property you will also find a small pond with ducks and an area with chickens, details that families love and that add a unique and relaxing touch. The surroundings are quiet, offering a true sense of calm, far from noise and mass tourism.

The heart of the outdoor space is the large private swimming pool with sun terrace, perfect for spending the entire day at the house without missing anything. In addition, there is a private tennis court to enjoy as a couple, with friends or with family, and several areas designed for outdoor dining and socialising: an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, ideal for long lunches, relaxed dinners and unhurried evenings. There is also a chill-out area to unwind at the end of the day, have a drink and enjoy the fresh air and tranquillity.

Inside, the house offers spacious and bright rooms, comfortable for sharing without feeling crowded. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays or for those who enjoy cooking, a large living room with seating area, sofa and television, and an indoor dining area for group meals. The layout is practical, with generous rooms and a real sense of home.

The house has four bedrooms with a total capacity of eight guests. Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have two single beds, an ideal configuration for families with children or groups who prioritise rest. There are also three bathrooms, making shared stays much more comfortable.

Access to the property is private and convenient, with free parking within the grounds. Overall, this is a house designed to slow down, experience Mallorca at a relaxed pace and enjoy a green, spacious and well-kept environment, with all the comforts for a peaceful, high-quality stay.

The house is completely private and for the exclusive use of the guests of the reservation. No spaces are shared with other guests or with the owners.

Security deposit (€350)

A card pre-authorisation will be taken as a guarantee. This is not charged and will be released after check-out if there are no incidents.

Tourist tax (€2 per person per night)

Balearic Islands Government tax. This is charged separately via a payment link.
