"We like to stay at the Sunee Grand because it is close to the night markets. The property needs an external clean and repaint. The hallways of the rooms needs new carpet. They need to add cereal back to the buffet breakfast. We will probably stay at a different property next time."

Good and close to Uni
"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."
