Come experience contemporary living on the Colorado River, where you can unwind and relax at Arizona’s premier gated community. Centrally located this newly remodeled 2 bdrm/2 bath condominium on the water, is just minutes from stores, restaurants and Laughlin Nevada casinos. When first entering the unit will be wowed by the open spaced, unobscured views of the Colorado river. The main living space, living room, dining room and kitchen are designed for entertaining and maximizing river views. Step out onto the decking of the spacious 6’x40’ outdoor balcony. Fully equipped with bbq grill, sofa, tables and seating area. Relax and enjoy the incredible views, sounds and smell of the Colorado River, surrounding landscape and variety of amazing wildlife. In this uniquely designed unit enjoy curling up on the large down feather sectional in front of the wood burning fireplace. A large flat screen tv with internet, WiFi and Bose surround system are provided for your pleasure. In the dining room the table easily seats 10 people. A large wall chalk board lends its self to a fun night of games. Along side the kitchen a long counter/bar space seats 5 additionally. The kitchen boasts a wine bar, coffee bar, dishwasher drawer, microwave and a large capacity stainless French door refrigerator. With tons of storage it comes complete with everything you need for entertaining or just a quiet night in. Various small appliances toaster, crockpot, fondue’s, cook and bake ware, utensils, dishes and spice pantry. With a full bar find everything you need to make that favorite cocktail. Down the hall a double door storage and laundry closet store a large capacity front load stackable washer and dryer. The two spa inspired bathrooms are complete with luxury towels, spa robes and slippers, great for when your headed to the hot tube. Pool/ beach towels are provided as well. The master bedrooms king size mattress is dressed with luxury linens and bedding to maximize your comfort, a large his and her closet, large full motion flat screen smart tv and portable Bose system are provided. The smaller guest rooms queen size is also dressed with quality linens and bedding for that great nights sleep. A large closet and flat screen smart tv provided. A large wall to wall bookcase complete with various books and magazines are provided for your reading pleasure. Outside take advantage of that beautiful Arizona weather. With our private marina on the river you can enjoy swimming, fishing, jet skiing. Kayaking or boating. A private boat slip is available for an additional fee. Enjoy meeting and making new friends at any of the private four pools or three spas within the gated complex. No pets allowed in this non smoking unit. Thank you for viewing my property.

The place to be

I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable. The beds in both rooms were large and most comfortable. It was a great time in my life. Thank you!!!

Best condo river view!

My friend of over 50 years stayed with me! We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect! My room was a large master and my friend had a large guest room. The balcony was the best! It was so fun to watch the river and all the wildlife! I plan on making it back to this great accommodation!

Winter getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. This was the first time we rented a condo through VRBO and our experience couldn't have been better. Michelle met us there and showed us around the condo. She is a delight and we thank her for sharing her home with us. The deck overlooking the water was amazing, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning while drinking our coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. The kitchen is very well stocked she has everything you could possible need. I loved having the washer and drying right there and again everything needed was provided. The bathroom shower was awesome, I love the teak wood floors and the cozy robes and towels. The bed was amazing, it was like sleeping inside of a pillow. The sheets and comforter were high quality. My husband even joked to Michelle that he was thinking about heisting the comforter, however, she might have noticed it missing :) We felt safe there and when we went for walks there were other friendly people out that would stop and visit. There is so much to see and do and the weather was very pleasant while we were there. We highly recommend this unit. Thank you Michelle Cindi & Rick Pickinpaugh

Great stay in Bullhead City in an awesome condo!

Michelle, Wanted to let you know what a fantastic and beautiful place you have, it actually exceeded our expectations. When we arrived you greeted us and gave us a tour of your place which was helpful. The view of the river and the mountains when we first walked in was so stunning we didn't even notice your beautiful fireplace. You have a knack for decorating and making the place very comfortable. Home is well stocked with top end linens and modern appliances, chances are if you didn't have it you probably don't need it. Your patio was so nice to relax and take in the view of the birds, river, and the mountains while grilling out. We ventured out to the casinos a couple times with no luck but still fun. We also took a few road trips, Oatman, Lake Havasu city and Topock. Route 66 from Topock to Oatman is a beautiful drive! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back given the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us and making us feel welcome and comfortable! Beautiful condo--comfortable, well-stocked and great location. Very easy to just move right in. Host Michelle always responsive and helpful to our needs. Would love to return! Great condo community, also.

Perfect!

The condo was well equipped and Michelle provided a spa like feel. The linens were of spa quality, robes and slippers provided for use. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Pools and hot tubs clean and quiet for relaxing. Location is perfect for a quick trip to Laughlin, NV with plenty of entertainment, short trips to the Grapevine Petroglyphs, Laughlin Labyrinths, Davis Dam and Oatman. Owner was awesome to work with and left a plethora of information pointing us in the right direction for everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you Michelle!!!
