  • This 3 1/2 bedroom house and 2 large bathrooms and sleeps 6 adults and for a small fee you may add 4 children. We have 2 queen air mattresses. This house is right on the river and has some amazing views of the river. I just LOVE setting at the charming dinning room table and watching all the activity on the river; whether it is jet skiing or watching wildlife. Oh what a view! The same is true for the back porch and the lawn. This house is all custom built and is just beautiful.

    We are located across the river from Needles in a gated community on Dike Rd in AZ. We have a boat ramp, and 1 deck. One deck sets out over the river point and the other is just off our sandy beach area. The house is 30 ft from the water front. The beach front is shared with our back house #79306, however, with all the amenities , including 120 ft of water front and having double lots; we have plenty of room for our guest. In addition there ample parking for all the boats & toys you bring.

    The boat dock was dismantled on October 12, 2019 We are waiting on the fabrication plans for our new dock at this time.

We had a great family ski trip at this property. Close to town with plenty of parking. Towels, bedding, cookware, utensils were clean and plentiful. We are looking forward to returning next year - thank you, Shafer family!

Family Get a way

Have stayed in the back house previously, owner is always friendly and helpful. Stayed in the front house this time and had a great time, everything you need is stocked, house is clean will definitely be renting again next year.

Overall great stay. The house was a little untity when we arrived with dirty dishes found in the bedroom. The property had a launch ramp which was so awesome. Great seating everywhere. Would stay here again

Nice property and location!

Property is nice and location is great as well. The check in information was not sent ahead of time, but we were able to get Barbara on the phone and we worked it out. Barbara was easy to work with and helpful.

Location was great, house was as described, water was perfect, had a issues with the water heater, it’s got replaced within 2hr which was nice, kitchen amenities as far as a few things could be replaced, only had 1 older 4” knife to cut up 10lb of carne asada other then that I’d stay again as a host myself

this is my second time staying at this property with my family and we will be booking again. This home is 4 homes North of the Needles bridge. The property is clean and the beach is great. Your own launch ramp with plenty of room to store trailers for the day or even if you want to set your anchor and leave them.

Great stay

We have been staying at this property for over 15years. It is always lovely and if any issues arise they are also quick to resolve the issue. Great private beach.
