The villa is surrounded by multi-century olive trees on 5700 m2, with an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains (notably the typical Rock of St Julien and the Mont Ventoux), the village (downtown at 1300 m) and the Ouvèze valley. You will be truly "scotched" by a privileged panorama.
A large SWIMMING POOL in a green setting will be exclusively for you and you alone (no other tenants). No immediate neighbours. Tranquility, discretion and intimacy guaranteed. The pool's telescopic cover serves as a solar heater when necessary.
This exceptional villa has 230 m2 of living space on two floors. It is a "PREMIUM" rental with great comfort for 10 guests.
The two levels are independent, both strictly NON SMOKING, but smoking is possible outside.
THE FIRST FLOOR ( 6 guests : 180 m2) with 3 bedrooms ("Emeraude", "Topaze" and "Saphyr"), 3 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi, 3 toilets (2 independent), 1 large living-dining room with large screen TV, 1 living-room-study, a real auditorium with large screen TV and a powerful HiFi system of an exceptional quality (think of bringing your MP3 file), 1 kitchen, 1 storage room, 1 laundry room and a fabulous terrace with a breathing taking view and several dining tables to eat there. Great comfort, high performance air conditioning, permanent ventilation, integrated vacuum cleaner, automatic lighting, large bay windows with double glazing, very good sound insulation.
THE GROUND FLOOR (4 guests - 50 m2): a naturally fresh accommodation, not depending on the floor because very well equipped: 1 spacious bedroom, 1 extra bedroom with office in the entrance, a living-dining room with kitchenette and TV, a bathroom with WC.

There is no shortage of beautiful walk or bike or car excursions. Many picturesque villages to visit.
Climbing and via ferrata for the amateurs, jazz festival, theatre, classical music, St Laurent's festival, various events and shows in Buis and in the region.
