We are so excited to present this property. Come and enjoy a unique WATERFRONT 💦 property in a quiet cul-de-sac situated on the Budgewoi lake, this property is an easy drive from Sydney. It became a guest favourite in just 8 weeks on other platforms!

We have 2 kayaks and 2 adult bikes onsite. (4 x life jackets and 2 x helmets onsite)

You will love this rare gem 💎 Modern and spacious 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas (both inside and out), a private fully- fenced backyard where your kids are safe to play away from the water's edge.
(3 Queen Beds and 2 king singles. Sleeps 8 )

Your culinary skills and our large open plan kitchen and living area that opens onto an oversized covered deck with comfortable seating for 8, combined with laundry, 1x bedroom (queen bed) and powder room located on the ground floor. The jet ski garage off the laundry is the only area guests will not have access to.

Head up the stairs where you'll find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms. You'd better be quick to call the HUGE master suite! Soak in the luxurious tub, or grab your morning tea or coffee and relax in bed while overlooking the glassy lake, it will take your breath away!

Bring your wheels (Scooters, bikes, 🚲 rollerblades/skates and enjoy hours of fun riding from Buff Point to The Entrance or the Budgewoi town centre, and beyond.

Pack your joggers🏃‍♂️ Join the saturday morning San Remo "Parkrun" at 8am just 3 mins drive away. (This is a 5 Kilometre run or walk right on the lakes edge and boy is it magical!)

Bring your fishing gear and try your luck on the lake or travel a short distance to the Budgewoi footbridge on Lake Street. This area also has covered picnic tables and a park for the kids to play for hours.

Want more! There are 2 kayaks on site (4 Life-jackets provided, different sizes) and 2 adult bikes (with helmets), so why not take off for the day with your family exploring the lake and birdlife. The swans love to feed right by the house especially when raining or just after. Pelicans frequent this part of the lake too.

Beach goers, your car ride is just 6mins to Budgewoi beach. Norah Head beach is 11 mins by car and your kids (0-10yrs approx) will love the rock pool built just for them. Soldiers beach is just around the corner from Norah Head beach. Take a dip or grab your board and if there’s no swell, grab a coffee at Surfside Snax kiosk (next to the Soldiers beach car park) or head to the Soldiers Beach Surf lifesaving club for a cocktail or piece of heavenly cheesecake!
A quick dinner after the beach? Head into the Budgewoi Hotel for a schnitzel, chips and salad.

Rather stay and chill at the house? Why not cook up a storm in our delightful kitchen while watching the ducks and swans gather their dinner right outside the back door, perhaps head to the office and start that biography you always wanted to write or grab one of the many board games or books from the cupboard and make lots of fun new memories beating each other at your favourite game.

Coles supermarket in Budgewoi is less than a 5 min drive, Woolworths is a 10 mins drive to Lake Munmorah. Both places mentioned above have an array of shops so you can pick up those last minute things on the go.

Real coffee? Head to the Anchor Coffee House
(10A Ocean Street, Budgewoi) or perhaps Sip & Eat Cafe (105 Scenic Dr, Budgewoi). Your kids can kick a footy on the oval, practice their shooting on the basketball court, bring their skateboards to the skate park or play at the kiddy park right next to the Sip & Eat cafe.

Parking? Tonnes of it!! The garage, and driveway accomodates 2 -3 cars. The street is almost always fairly empty and 6-8 cars can park close to the house.

Artlovers, just up the road (900m, follow the bike path towards Budgewoi shops) and there you’ll find an intimate art studio. Book in to Sip, Paint & Create (148 Diamond Head Drive, Budgewoi) and create your very own masterpiece!

Chores: Heck No! We don’t ask our guests to spend half of their last day doing chores. We will ask you to remove all rubbish to bins outside, load and turn dishwasher on if you have used any kitchen items that morning, switch off lights and air-con, lock doors and we'll do the rest!

House Rules:
* No charging electric vehicles.

*Please turn off Air-con as you leave the property each day.

*We want all guests to enjoy a 5-Star stay, so please respect the property and leave it neat and tidy.

*Remove all waste materials to the Wheelie bins provided outside.

*There is 🚭 No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. Smoking can be undertaken on the street (outside front gate) or on the waterfront reserve (through the back gate).

*Strictly no parties of any kind.
