The Bouganvillage Residence is located in the hamlet of Tanaunella, at 2 kms from Budoni and at 15 kms from the famous town of San Teodoro. The property has beautiful swimming pool with wi-fi area, barbecue, shared washing machine, a playground and five-a-side futsal pitch. All the nicely furnished flats are equipped with several amenities and can be located on the first floor with a balcony or on the ground floor with a patio, both furnished. There is a café, run by a third company, that serves breakfasts and dinners (lunches only on request).
The mavellous beach of Baia Sant'anna, with its long sandy shore and crystal clear sea surrounded by a lush pine wood, is just 1.5 kms away. Therefore, a car is recommended.

The colourful centre of Budoni offers services and facilities. On summer evenings, the town is often crowded thanks to its lovely night market, concerts and entertaining live events.
The bright white beach of Budoni is famous for its colourful transparent sea, which is very popular among water sport enthusiasts. The entire coastline offers a wide choice of white sandy beaches, small unspoilt coves, striking cliffs and crystalline sea.
The surrounding area also features many historical sites: the nuraghe Su Entosu, the stazzi di San Pietro and the Museo dello Stazzo e della Civiltà Contadina.
