Small holiday residence with 25 pleasantly furnished apartments, surrounded by gardens with bougainvillea, from which the complex takes its name. The accommodation units are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor - either in the main building near the pool or in some annexes outside the complex. Several beautiful sandy beaches such as the beach of Porto Ainu, the marina of Posada with its spectacular pine forest, the marina of Budoni and the oasis of Bidderosa on the eastern coast of Sardinia can be reached in a few minutes by car. The use of a car is recommended. The residence is about 1.5 km from Baia Sant'Anna and only 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Dogs are not allowed in the common areas and on the beach. Transfer bookable.
