Situated in a quiet residential area, the beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes and offers crystal-clear sea, shallow and sandy waters and a wonderful, unspoilt natural landscape. The town of Budoni, about 2.5 km away, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlours where you can enjoy typical Sardinian dishes, and in the evenings, during the summer, there are numerous events and free shows organised in the streets of the town centre. In the area there is the possibility, for enthusiasts, to practice water sports, snorkelling and diving, but also boat trips, horse riding and much more.

Giovanni flat can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a large living room with kitchen, sofa and TV.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds, and the bathroom with shower.

The rooms, with antique but functional furnishings, are spacious and bright, while the balcony, with a side view of the sea, allows pleasant moments of relaxation while sipping a good glass of wine. The washing machine is in common use, and the oven and hob are gas.
