Budgewoi Beach House

Calm and relaxing...like the 'Coast' of thirty years ago, this three bedroom, fibro house has timber floors throughout, a great front deck looks into the Banksias on the sand-dunes. Listen to the waves, feel the sea breezes. The backyard is large and has plenty of native trees and a great BBQ. It's securely fenced, perfect for dogs, big or small. Just a short walk to the friendly local shops, cafes and Pub..which are situated on the Lake!

Bedding configuration (nb; sheets are NOT supplied)

Three double bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. There is a single daybed in the front living area plus a single daybed in the back living area with the large table.

Some room for a childs bed/cot - however these are not supplied.

A special place to rest, the property had everything we needed. The back yard could not be enjoyed because the chairs and tables were in poor condition, other than that, a very comfortable property.

Perfect little weekender!

Overall we were very happy with the property for our girls weekend away. Our only negative is that we didn’t utilise the back garden because the outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs. A good clean and spruce up of these would be appreciated I’m sure for future guests. Thankfully the front patio was great, we loved sitting out there and listening to the waves. Very close to shops, lake and the pub. Lago Cucina restaurant above the pub was amazing!

Fantastic location

Great beach house in the perfect location

The property was just as it looks online. It’s just a few metres to the dog friendly beach and the backyard was well enclosed for our dog who enjoyed his stay exploring the backyard. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. Thanks Phillip for a great place to stay.

Home away from home

What a beautiful spot! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home right by the beach & the local shops. The backyard was so peaceful & private & the landscaping was fantastic. Philip could not have been more helpful and welcoming as host. We can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

Very happy and relaxed are we and our boxer dog after our mini break. House and garden just the job!! Walk to dog beach, then rest, then walk to the lovely new Budgewoi hotel for dinner. Thanks we’ll be back.
