  • Siéntese en la cubierta al final del jardín con vista al Atlántico y escuche las olas rompiendo al borde del agua o beba una taza de café de la sala de estar del segundo piso y vea la potencia y majestuosidad del mar. Una fabulosa nueva construcción, Llawnroc se encuentra casi en la playa de Bude, una de las principales playas de surf de Cornualles y al lado del sendero de la costa suroeste. Maravilloso para caminar y la casa está diseñado para atraer a los surfistas, los caminantes, los golfistas y familias por igual.
    Parte del nuevo desarrollo de lujo en Black Rock, la casa cuenta con calefacción por suelo radiante, estufa de leña, un jardín con terrazas donde se puede disfrutar de comidas al aire libre con el mar como telón de fondo protegido de la brisa del mar, jardín comunitario con césped, aparcamiento para dos autos, caseta de surf con cerradura, ducha exterior, Sky tv, Wi-Fi y Xbox 360 kinect playstation.
    Hay una zona de estar preciosa que es de diseño abierto con el comedor y la cocina. Una gran estufa de leña hace que las noches más frías de lo más acogedor y las vistas desde la sala de estar son impresionantes. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios, un súper rey, un rey, una doble y una sala de cama litera doble. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño y habitación de literas de los niños es en suite con bañera.
    Muy cerca se encuentra la excelente tienda de pueblo local con un mostrador de pescado fresco todos los días y que la acción todo objetos de uso diario. También hay una buena selección de bares y restaurantes a 10-15 minutos a pie que sirve buena comida y bebidas locales. ciudad Bude, que tiene una excelente selección de restaurantes y muchos muy buenos pequeñas tiendas independientes, está a poca distancia a lo largo del camino de la costa escénica.
    Una propiedad realmente fabulosa y perfectamente situado cerca de las arenas doradas de Widemouth Bay ya poca distancia de las muchas atracciones locales.

fabulous location

The property online looked wonderful however in reality there is building work going on which obstructs most of the view. There are items of health and safety which need attention and for the price it was disappointing. The house is quite small in communal areas for 8 and no storage space for food.

Wonderful stay

So close to a very special beach with a nice cafe. Very pleasant. It wasn't secluded as we expected but part of a holiday village with other properties attached. Wouldn't say it is ideally suited to dogs as dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or on sofas and garden access is through bedrooms and room with sofa is the only place to leave them for the night. James was very good at responding to any concerns we had. We had a lovely holiday. Highly recommend the Break Bar down the road towards Bude.

Disappointing

I booked this house as a holiday for my family as we had not had a very good year. I was disappointed that the house was a terraced house the photos certainly didn’t make that obvious, the living area of the house is to small for 6 adults and 4 children, and considering there was supposed to have been enhanced cleaning the table extension was disgusting. The bedrooms were nice but the room with bunk beds had a sloping ceiling and my grandchildren bumped there heads more than once. All in all disappointing.

Great Service

The property is well finished with a modern feel. We stayed with our 2 children 10 & 11 as well as my In laws. It is situated a really short walk from the beach so was brilliant for our dogs. The house has wood flooring through the majority of the house so coping with the beach sand was easy. Large door opened in the upstairs living space allowing you to see and hear the waves and really soak up the seaside experience. The interaction with James, the agent, was fantastic and because of this we have booked again. Our first ever return to a rental.

Fantastic location and property

Great location for teens to head to beach-no need to drive them around! Excellent having en suites to each bedroom -a great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Covid Pick me up!

Everything was made easy as plenty of information was sent prior to travelling including what was expected of us due to Covid and details of the additional cleaning done as recquired .Access details given early along with comprehensive information regarding the property and surroundings.A great plus was having a shower/en-suite with each bedroom.The property was very clean,beds very comfy and bedding top quality.Very near the beach which was a great plus for us as we have an energetic dog.We enjoyed our first week so much and noted the following week was free so booked for a further week.Needed to speak to James on a couple of occasions and he replied promptly.I would definitely book again.

A week by the coast North Cornwall

Lovely large property -comfortable and great having an en-suite with every bedroom .Close to beach and a good variety of dog walks-.On our last day we noted the following week was unbooked so decided to stay for a further week.

A beautiful property in a lovely location

We had an excellent weeks holiday in this well equipped accommodation with beautiful sea views. Only slight issue was the decking needs some maintenance in places.

Great house in a perfect location for a family holiday!

Fantastic property right on the beach. Not far to carry everything you need for a day at the beach. Check the waves out of the window before deciding to body board or not! Great outside shower so you can come back to the house for lunch - the house didn't get full of sand. Very comfy beds, loved having a bathroom for each bedroom - a luxury! Great open plan relax/cook/eat area for the whole family to spend time together. We had a query about the TV and it was cleared up very quickly. A couple of spot lights had gone in one of the bathrooms and new ones were delivered to us the same day. Highly recommend! Thank you for providing such a lovely place for our holiday!

Fantastic location on the beach

Property was as described and very well equipped. It’s an upside down house which means getting to the garden through one of the bedrooms, but does mean you can sit on the sofa and see the sea :) The dog loved running along the sand with the other dogs and we enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Nick was very responsive to emails and came back immediately if we had any questions.

Very good

We had a lovely week. The location of the house is fantastic, so close to the beach which was fantastic and we were in the water every day surfing and bodyboarding. The house was very clean and very well supplied with all crockery and kitchen utensils, enough for 10 people. I would definitely return.

What a great holiday house, so close to the sea and great quality accommodation.

Fantastic location, well stocked but poorly laid out house

House is fantastically located. Layout of the house is somewhat confusing - main bedrooms are downstairs meaning that access to the garden is via a bedroom and the children's bedroom with the bunkbeds is adjacent to the main sleeping area. Could do with a cloakroom perhaps instead of the bathroom in the hallway downstairs.

Great location would be good in the summer but...

Quite small in the living area if you're there in the winter. Good bedrooms and bathrooms which were clean but odd areas in the living area could do with better attention to detail... fishing a jigsaw piece from under the sofa was not pleasant, neither was the sight when opening the table to remove the centre piece.... Better in the summer when outside areas come into play but really too small for 6 unless playing "sardines" on the sofa is your thing. Would be a really great property if it were marketed as 3 bedrooms and the 4th bedroom which is upstairs in the living area was opened up. Fantastic location, very good heating system keeps the place warm, easy access to the beach, nice touches like a Christmas Tree in the lounge and a responsive owner when the hairdryer failed....so lots of positives.

Great location , right on the beach. Very comfortable accomadation. Happy to recommend the cottage

Very nice, comfortable cottage with plenty of space for 4 adults, 4 children and two dogs. Lots of amenities such as sky tv, throughout the cottage, game consoles etc. The big selling point for the cottage is the location. Being on the beach is great. Not having to load up the car to go to the beach is just fantastic. Near by are a number of cafes and resturants where they seem to have not heard of portion control.....careful what you order if on a diet. There was a lack of a coffee machine but that is the only thing I can find fault with...but even then the nearest cafe is 30 seconds away so not the end of the world.

Lovely property, great location

We stayed here for a week during Easter 2017. The property itself is lovely and well equipped. There are two double rooms and one twin on the ground floor, with a further bedroom (with two bunk beds) and the living area on the first floor. All bedrooms ensuite. Views of the beach and sea are from both floors, mainly the first. On the whole, a very positive experience, only being a couple of mins walk to the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive to Bude. There is, however, just one allocated parking space and the 3 visitor spaces are high in demand during peak times. There were a couple of aspects of the property which needed a little TLC, but nothing of significance. Overall, a lovely property and great location, and we would definitely recommend. One of best we've been to so far.
