Check in was easy, had to pay a security deposit (cash or card) which is refunded after your stay. We were on the ground floor. At first couldn’t get door to open as handle was broken, but you have to do an extra turn when you think you’ve finished in order for it to ping open. Very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. General scuffs from wear and tear but was pleasant. We had a small kitchen which had a fridge, microwave, cooker and all utensils. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Fridge was good, didn’t use other appliances in the end. There’s a washing machine in one cupboard too.
Of the two bathrooms one had a bath with shower the other a walk in shower - water supply ok, not the most powerful of showers but not the worst. Beds were large and fairly hard but not uncomfortable for us. Sofa in lounge with tv, dining table and chairs, and outside area also with seating.
Being on ground floor meant we had ants though, not hundreds, but they were about in all of the rooms and bathrooms, so would suggest asking for a higher room. You are given a security code to get in and out of the building off of the main street for security. Left our luggage on last day in the luggage room which was free however any resident could walk in and out, so it’s all left at your own risk, you are not allocated a number to collect. For us wouldn’t stay here again, but ideal for someone who requires two rooms. Air con you have to ask reception to turn on.
