"We chose to stay at your facility for our 28th wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We looked forward to using the pool which was closed. We looked forward to having drinks from the bar which ended up being two different types of beer out of a deli box I love Starbucks coffee, and no one there knew how to use the machine I ended up having to get DoorDash and they gave my food to the wrong room number. It was a terrible weekend all around."

"They have the very worst breakf that I have ever had in a hotel. Food is not kept hot. Coffee runs out and they don't notice until you tell them and it is not hot. They label the eggs as cage free. But they are powdered eggs. Items run out and they don't notice. The toaster is totally inadequate even for a bagel. There is nothing like a microwave to heat up muffins or any other food. The menu is the same every day. I just don't understand why a Holiday Inn that you would expect to be better...

A gentleman did assist the first day and it came on for a brief moment and then it turned off by itself and would not come back on. "My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...
