Welcome to our charming half-timbered house in idyllic Buchholz (Aller)!

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our lovingly furnished half-timbered house with approximately 90 m² of living space on a fully fenced-in lot of about 750 m². The entire house and the natural garden are available for your exclusive use during your stay.

Surrounded by hedges, the garden offers plenty of privacy and is virtually hidden from view. A wooded area adjoins the property, allowing you to enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside from the house and the balconies. On the 18 m² terrace, you can relax while having breakfast, barbecuing, or winding down the day in a peaceful atmosphere.

Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms, both with their own balconies. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), and the second with a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Each bedroom has its own smart TV, so every guest can relax and enjoy their favorite shows. Additionally, one bedroom features a desk, which is ideal for working from home or as a quiet workspace.

The spacious bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a comfortable shower. In addition, one of the bedrooms has its own toilet with a sink.

The vacation home is also well-equipped with modern technology: A large smart TV awaits you in the living room, and free Wi-Fi via a fiber-optic connection with speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the house.

The kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Amenities include, among other things, a stove, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking and kitchen utensils for your daily self-catering needs.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house.

The vacation home is located in a small, quiet village in the beautiful Aller-Leine Valley, nestled between the Lüneburg Heath and expansive forests. A swimming lake is easily accessible and lies only about 2 km away as the crow flies. The good access to the A7 highway ensures a comfortable journey and also makes the vacation home an ideal starting point for numerous excursions.

In the village, you’ll find a traditional German inn with a beer garden, a bakery with a café, an Italian restaurant, a burger joint, as well as a nature playground and a large natural swimming lake.
Just about 5 km away, the neighboring town offers additional amenities such as two popular Italian restaurants with outdoor terraces, two Greek restaurants, several snack bars, various supermarkets, a large indoor swimming pool, mini-golf, and shopping options, as well as two pharmacies.
