Relax in the cozy living room, have a meal under the gazebo, or light up the firepit to enjoy the evening mountain air.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Meadowbrook Log Cabin is just two miles from downtown Bryson City and minutes from the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where miles of trails wind through stunning mountain scenery. Enjoy whitewater rafting and hiking at the Nantahala Outdoor Center, chase waterfalls in Deep Creek, or take a relaxing ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad.

Beautiful cabin and the little touches made it even nicer. Very quite area. Close to Bryson City.

Beautiful cabin with lots of land for your little ones to play. Close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Bryson City and Cherokee. Great base for fishing, hiking, or enjoying the little towns. 100% we will book this cabin again!

Awesome cabin!

Very relaxing stay. Cabin was very clean. Close to Cherokee and Bryson City. The only thing I would change is the fact that the upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside. You have to go outside to get to the downstairs which seemed like a really strange setup. Other than that, it was wonderful! Very nice deck and charcoal grill.

Cozy!

This cabin was great fun for our family with elementary aged kids. There is a shallow creek in the yard in which the kids found many salamanders. The house is cute and comfortable. We did not realize though that you have to go outside to access the first and second floor separately. My husband and I had to sleep on separate floors so each floor had an adult at night. But we would definitely stay here again!

Bryson City getaway

We spent a week at the cabin visiting our son who has just recently moved to the area as a fishing guide and had a great time. The cabin was clean, comfortable, well appointed and the property was quiet. We were just a few minutes outside of Bryson City, where we went for some of our meals. The National Park is only a few minutes away and other quaint towns are close by to explore. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway

We rented the property for my sons 18 birthday. Used as a base for fishing in Cherokee and surrounding waters. It was quiet at night and very comfortable. Was expecting it to be harder to find but my GPS went to the front door.

Bryson log cabin/separate sleeping areas

Amazing stay! After days of researching properties , I'm so happy we booked this one. Easy access in n out, private, well maintained large yard, close to All outdoor activities, including minutes away from casino and main hiways. We actually loved the private space the separate sleeping areas provided, (latenighters downstairs and family with little one-up) The downstairs coffee pot, recliner, and tv gave "G-Ma" just enough "get-away" too. A small lil frig would be a great addition but can't find any complaints. We will certainly return!

Comfortable but needs deep cleaning

Property appeared to be perfect. Well stocked and comfortable. Over the next 2 days we found a few issues. Encountered a few spiders and discovered that this cabin has not been properly cleaned in a LONG time. Very thick dust and filth under the beds and cobwebs on the ceilings and curtains. Doghair on the porch furniture. The ceiling light in the kitchen didn't work so it was pretty hard to cook meals. Seems like the cleaning service is taking advantage of the fact that the owner is not nearby. The location was pretty quiet and the charcoal grill was great. Will not be returning unless improvements are made.

Nice cabin / house in an awesome location.

The house was great, and the property was awesome! My youngest couldn't wait for the fantastic "firefly show" every night. We were very close to awesome trails and tubing, and it's not a long drive to Smoky Mtn State Park at all. Bryson City has a small downtown / tourist area, as does Cherokee just a short drive away. The area isn't full of fast-food, but there are a few groceries very closeby and a fully stocked kitchen. The ONLY weird thing which I did not see in the property description is that the upstairs and downstairs are not connected by indoor stairs... it wasn't a big deal, and it was kinda nice having the downstairs bedroom with my wife while the kids were upstairs! (Downstairs also had a sofa bed.) I miss being there and would love to go back. Highly recommended!!

Great vacation cabin

We had a great time on our vacation. The cabin is in the perfect location and was very comfortable and clean. The listing did not mention that the third bedroom and second bath are located under the main house and arenot accessible from the top floor without going outside. It wasn’t a problem, just surprising. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others.
