This peaceful 2 bedroom, 2nd floor AirBnB boasts comfy King beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a 55' tv, and a washer/dryer. You won't find a more stylish, comfortable, and convenient place. Hosts have recently been awarded Superhost status for the 10th time. Great parking and convenient to all for Bryan and College Station.

Unmet Expectations

We were excited about the stay, but immediately felt uneasy about the neighborhood. The Dumpster leading in to the unit was overflowing and even after it was dumped there was debris/trash all over the ground. The parking was difficult from multiple vehicles and guests. The shower had poor water pressure (water restricting shower head). The interior was reported as newly renovated but fell very short in appearance. Our bed had a valley on the right side of the mattress. The TV was poor quality having multiple lines continually visible. The furnishings were old and in need of refinishing. Having said all that, the appliances were excellent. The kitchen was very good. The bathroom very clean. We felt more comfortable after a couple of nights in the area. The location was VERY good for the activities we had planed. Would we stay again? Likely not. We would look for another place.

I was in college station for a seminar. The condo was clean, neat and convenient and met my needs totally. Close location to A&M as well as George Bush Memorial library where I had meetings. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to friends

Great Stay!

The apartment was located in a great area to get to campus, and other areas around campus. The apartment was well set up, and clean. It was decorated nicely and comfortable. It was not a very large apartment, but it was perfect for what we needed. The beds were great, and we had a great stay. The neighborhood is older, and looks as if a lot of students live there. It was fairly quiet at night, and we had no issues. I would defiantly recommend to others. We hope to stay again.

Comfortable and Clean Stay

We stayed in the Elise for a weekend tournament. It was super close to the venue and other great spots in the area. Communication with Randal was great—checking in was clear, navigating parking, etc. The unit had all the amenities we needed, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Would stay here again!

This apartment was so cute and clean. We absolutely will stay here again! So much better than a hotel and the owners were great to respond quickly to a minor hiccup. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!
