This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath St. Simons Island home features a heated 12x24 pool and welcomes up to 8 guests, plus two dogs, so the whole family can join the adventure. Casa De Playa offers the best of St. Simons Island right at your fingertips. The home sits just minutes from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun or strolling along the shoreline. When you're ready for dining, shopping, and the island's charming coastal energy, Pier Village is a quick walk or drive away.


Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted.

Dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog (2 dogs maximum).
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $65/night upon request.

Nice Home for Family Gathering

Nice home for a Family Gathering. For us we had 7 adults and one 3yr old. The bedrooms are a little small but accommodated us. The Kitchen and Family Room are adjoining and large enough to comfortably gather if the weather doesn't cooperate. Otherwise the outside seating and pool are where time will be spent. Recommend this residence.

Exceeded expectations!

What a great home! There was nothing that was missed. Check in was a breeze, the house itself was immaculate. The kitchen is fully functional and I am always appreciative of a gas range! The bedding and towels were great (and I travel with my own, just in case ; ) ) - not needed at all. We would absolutely stay again and I already shared the rental info with two other friends!

Lovely property

Very lovely home, comfortable rooms, and grounds are perfect for visiting with family and friends. Would def come back!Be aware this property is near a small airstrip so there is some plane noise but we did not find it disruptive.

Wonderful Get Away

There were 8 of us (two boys 11 and 13yrs, the rest adults). Great location, easy to get everywhere on foot, bike, golf cart or car. Pool was wonderful as well as the outdoor patio area, very relaxing. The house was ideal. Frist it was very well maintained, the layout was excellent, 3 bedrooms/2 full baths on one side and one bedroom and bath on the other. In the center was a very big and open kitchen, dining area and living room that handled all of us very well. We felt it a great value for the price and will certain return in the future.

Casa de Playa - outstanding!!!!!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The back yard is totally private, grass area for the dogs or kids, beautiful pool with a heater that really worked, an outdoor fireplace that really worked, and ample seating for eight people. The house is great. The kitchen is one of the best equipped and efficient kitchens we have ever encountered. Everything was truly fabulous. The TV was ready to go with YouTube TV and the credentials already entered so you didn’t have to fool around with entering your own. We did t watch the TV much (except it was March Madness) because we were close enough to town to walk in multiple times a day. Truly worth renting - extraordinarily comfortable for a group.

Getaway retreat

This house was breathtaking. From the moment you walk through the gate I felt like we were in our own oasis. Just a bike ride from the pier and shops and the closest grocery store. This house had everything you need to make a dinner at home and enough room for all of us to spread out and not feel crowded.Cannot wait to come back!

Gem in St Simons

The beautiful landscape and dog-friendly environment made our stay enjoyable. The house was very well-equipped and very clean, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions and dining options. Excellent communication with the management company is always a plus. We will definitely return to this gem.

Amazing House/Immaculately Clean

Pictures can always be deceiving, as I have learned through many rentals. However, not in the case of Casa de Playa. The house looks exactly as pictured, if not better. It was immaculately clean and everything is very up to date. We were able to enjoy the pool, thanks to the heating option, which was awesome. It is close to the airport, but the planes are few and far between and didn't bother us at all. The property management team is easy to work with and prompt to answer any questions. Would recommend 100%

Had a good trip

The property itself is very nice, and so is the location. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly corrected by management. However, if I am being charged extra for "cleaning" I don't think I should be expected to help do the cleaning. We were expected to place our dishes into the dishwasher, take out the trash, place dirty towels into a pile and strip the beds. What exactly was my cleaning fee covering?

Perfect Home...will stay again!

This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There wasn't a thing missing! It is a great location to easily get to downtown St Simons/the beach and to head the other direction for grocery/shopping/Sea Island. While it was a little chilly to utilize the outside, the pool/chairs/fireplace/sitting area/side yard are amazing and would be fantastic for the summer.

Hurricane Helene fun

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. House was very clean and well equipped.The location was perfect. Hurricane Helene hit our first of three nights there and we lost power. We were still able to cook with the grill and gas stove, but it would have also been nice to be able to open the windows(there are no screens, so that was not an option with mosquitos being bad).since there was no power, and travel around was difficult, we decided to cut our trip short and leave a day early. We passed the time enjoying the outside pool area; my son cleaned all the debris from the pool and we picked up most of the yard debris. We didn’t ask for any refunds, but it would have been nice to receive some kind of discount. My only recommendation for this property would be window screens and maybe a small generator to use to at least run ceiling fans. If there is ever a chance to change out the hot water heater, a gas heater would have made showers bearable! Hopefully, we will have a future opportunity to visit this property again.

Fantastic Stay at Casa De Playa!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Casa De Playa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the home and surroundings were. The lush tropical landscaping and the immaculate pool area made us feel like we were in a private paradise. The house had everything we needed and more — it was fully stocked and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location couldn't have been better! Whether we wanted to enjoy the beach or explore the shops and restaurants of Pier Village, everything was just a short drive or walk away. It was so easy to get around the island from this central spot. The outdoor space was a dream! We loved spending time by the heated pool and enjoying dinners on the patio. Having a fireplace outside was such a nice touch for those cooler evenings. This place is truly a gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

Great place in quiet neighborhood

The whole family had a great time. The rooms were clean and large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. The airport is quite close and was busy during the day, but the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings. The only complaint we had was that the outdoor furniture was covered in dog hair, which messed with my allergies.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home, well designed around casual living. The home is close to the small, quaint shopping area. It is a walkable distance but in the warmer weather, we drove. The pool area was large with lots of seating both in and out of the sun. The photos depict the property accurately.
