The Space:

This fully fenced-in home has over 2300 square feet of space. It's perfect for large families and we always welcome your fur babies!



There is a game room on the main floor with a ping pong table, life-sized connect 5 and various other games.



The main floor also has two bunk beds that have a twin bed, full bed and twin trundle on the bottom (sleeping a total of 4 people per bed).



The second level is spacious and contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a HUGE living room for entertaining.



Note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

Family-friendly inclusive neighborhood right off the highway, less than a half mile to FLETC and a straight shot to the islands.



For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $225 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

This is a perfect property for a group/family with youngish kids. There are three private bedrooms and a downstairs with a lot of room, games, and bunk beds. We all had a fantastic time.

Great customer service.response time was on point with no hesitation!! This place was so cozy we stayed at the house most of our trip.. If you have kids they'll enjoy the play area I wish they more adult game. Otherwise you will enjoy this place

The home was the perfect size for our family. The furniture was up to date and the monitor on the desk was a nice touch. The kitchen cooking supplies were a little lacking. The carpet in the upstairs part of the home was old and appears to need to be replaced. Overall the home worked for what we needed but the home is in need of some minor updating.

Great Place Close to Jekyll Island

What a great huge place for our family! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The downstairs was perfect for the kids and they loved the ping pong table! Plenty of beds and space for anyone and only a few minutes from Jekyll Island. Would definitely stay here again!!

A good time!

The property was spacious and accommodated all 11 of us comfortably. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The hostess was helpful and always very prompt in responding to all queries. We were glad that our pet could accompany us and having our dog there added greatly to the enjoyment of the children. All in all it was a nice vacation.

Family trip

Overall was a nice house and decent location, however, carpet was badly stained and curtains had pet urine on bottom. Downstairs play room/ beds was great concept but floors were filthy. We were ok with it until owner asked us to give 5star rating and when I said I couldn’t things started getting crazy. Sending pics of floors that were swept with dirt and dog hair? Enjoyed our stay and was a nice house! They accommodated us with a pack n play and very thankful for that!

Family trip

This was very spacious for our family. We were able to cook meals and grill steaks! Very easy drive to St. Simons beach and Jekyl island. Also had a pack and play for my grandson to sleep. The ping pong table was so fun! We really enjoyed our stay here.

I like places like this, where I don’t have to worry about my kids putting a hand print on the wall. This place was clean, and I liked my neighbor. We had so much fun. We can’t wait to be back again! Also, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Perfect property for families!

This home is exactly as described, maybe better. There was plenty of room for our large family of ten adults, four children and three fur babies to spread out. The downstairs bunk room and game room with a ping pong table was a hit! This home was very clean and well cared for. The location is very convenient to everything we needed. My grandmother lived in Brunswick for many years and I have so many fond memories here. She is no longer here, but our family will still return to visit and definitely plan to stay here again! Aundrea is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We truly appreciate her sharing her home!

Super place, super location, super stay!

The house was PERFECT for the needs of my family and I. The rooms were nice and comfy and the bonus room was the best place for the kids.. We all loved the extra beds in the bonus room. We also enjoyed ping pong, the house has a 2 car garage we could use for cars (felt safe knowing the cars were safely inside a locked area) we love to cook and the kitchen was not a disappointment it had what we needed to make great meals. Refrigerator is equipmented with an ice maker and was clean and ready to use for left overs. The house is very spacious and the AC unit downstairs assured that it was comfortable for playing or sleeping! Other pros The backyard is fenced in ... The entire downstairs is a great place for kids to play and nap Location, location, location close to where we needed to be..Fletc, grocery, and about 15 or 20 minutes from beach Balcony on 2nd floor very nice Nice TVs with WiFi Check in/ check out easy Quick response when host/management was contacted.. Friendly and professional Cons: Only thing I can put down just to help someone that would be renting the house is to be aware that the kitchen and main rooms as well as all bathrooms are upstairs... So be prepared to take grocery's/ luggage upstairs... If you are traveling with an elderly person make note of this. Only 2 laundry pods 2 dish washer pods That's it... Everything else... All good
