Situated on the first floor of a two-story building the apartment has access to a small balcony furnished with an outside dining table and chairs; accessible through large glass sliding doors this provides the ideal alfresco extension to the living space.

Inside, the bright and airy open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, an american style coffee machine and a fridge freezer. The apartment also enjoys the use of a shared garden with a BBQ and outside seating.

The property is conveniently located a short walk from the center of Karigador a small coastal village situated on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula and a 12-minute drive from the family-friendly coastal resort of Umag with its charming old town. The surrounding area is known for its picturesque landscapes, charming coastal towns and a mix of Italian and Croatian cultural influences.

Popular excursions nearby include a visit to the historic town of Porec (a 30-minute drive) known for its well-preserved Roman architecture or the small coastal town of Novigrad known for its historical charm, fishing traditions and relaxed atmosphere, (a 10-minute drive).

The Aquapark Istralandia Waterpark is a 10-minute drive and the Sky Fox Adrenaline Park is a 20-minute drive away and both offer fun for all the family. For beach days visitors are spoilt for choice and will find numerous options dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character and two within a 10–15-minute walk from the accommodation.
