"The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket."

"This is our second stay here as we choose to sleepover when we have very early morning flights.
Love the convenient location to the terminal for an early flight and the restaurant has some decent options. On both of our stays, we enjoyed hanging out in front of the indoor fireplace/lounging area and reading our books after dinner.
The rooms have been very clean and the beds super comfortable. Five pillows is a bonus, but sure wish they were larger cuz they are quite small.

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in.
Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

"I booked a Junior Suite with a King bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is more expensive than a standard double queen. Here is what happened beginning at 10:00 pm:
* I went to make up the sofa bed, and there were no linens or extra blankets. Before I could call down,
* My daughter stepped in a BIG wet spot on the side of the bed.
* I called down to let reception know, and I was told there were no more Junior Suites (fair) available. I asked for another room, and I had to go down to reception...
