"Staff were excellent and pleasant when you ran into them during our visit. Location to the shops, restaurants are the reason we keep going back. The entire place has recently had a major restoration we had watched when visiting LBTS."

My only complaints were there some long hairs on our towels and the shower is rusting, but it is right on the water so assuming most older properties along the water must be like that. "Amazingly close to the beach. The manager, Annette, was lovely and upgraded my room to an upstairs poolside since I was a single woman traveling alone. My room was perfect. They had chairs and towels for the beach. So nice to walk to the beach and pier for food and entertainment. So quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back!"

"We got their the room was clean. The pool was green, I text them about the pool, they came out and fixed it. But by the time we left the pool was green again. You have to call somebody if you need anything. So then there's a weight your check-in is virtual, and that's just not for me.They don't personalize. Your stay"

"Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest.
