    Ashberry by the Sea está cerca de la ciudad de Brookings. A dos minutos en coche o 10 minutos a pie se puede acceder por la playa a la playa de Mill o a Chetco Point. Además, es un excelente punto de partida para muchos viajes de un día. Norte es Gold Beach, Port Orford (increíble lugar de observación de ballenas) y Bandon. Our family absolutely loved the game room and our whole family had a tournament with the table tennis. The property was beautifully decorated and clean. The host was very quick in responding to questions during our stay. The location was great, not far from yhe harbor and restaurants. We are looking forward to our next visit and would love to stay in this amazing home.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ashbury By the Sea. The house was very roomy and centrally located to town. An added bonus was the ping-pong table. Also, there was a beach within walking distance in the neighborhood. The outside lawn maintenance man was finishing up when we arrived and explained how to get there. We would recommend this place and look forward to returning.

It was an amazing place to stay close to everything we wanted to do. The pictures dont do it justice. Highly recommend them to retake photos and show how much space is truly there. We cooked and hung out at nights there and had no problem all being in the kitchen cooking and cleaning.

Mother Daughter Trip with Besties

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The decor was perfect! Loved everything about the house!!!! Property Management Ron Reel was great to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Check in/check out was smooth. The property was spacious, clean, updated, and easy to locate. The property manager communicated clearly and efficiently, therefore making our stay easy and effortless. We were visiting family in the area and would book this property again in the future.

Amazing Location and Spacious Accommodations

This is the best vaction rental we have ever stayed at. There was tons of games, plenty of space to spread out in the house and so close to everything! We couldn't believe how clean everything was! Thanks for the stay. We will back soon.

Review

Property was clean. Had T.V. but no cable, could not watch local channels, but had Netflix. There are 3 rather steep steps down to dining room and 3rd bedroom with no handrail. Was difficult for family member who uses a cane. The only ocean view is at foot of driveway, looking between neighbors houses.

Beautiful West Coast Experience

We had the most spectacular time celebrating the 4th of July holiday at this beautiful coastal property! The home was very accommodating for our family, which includes three small children. The whole process, including check-in and communication was smooth and stress free. We hope to visit again soon!

Amazingly clean property and had everything we needed for the weekend getaway!

Clean and new! Property close to the coast where the beaches were quiet. Perfect for a family getaway. Had to peel the kids away from the ping-pong table and they loved “their area” of the house. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time to reconnect with family!

The house was in a great location, the outside patio was great with a small peak of the ocean. The house had everything you needed for a fun weekend getaway on the Oregon Coast.

Great house!

Super cute house, beautifully updated! Amazing deck and lots of space to hang out. Less adult sleeping space than anticipated for search filters used when booking. Not ideal for 3 adult couples-would have been perfect for two couples and kids.

An amazing stay

Ashberry by the Sea was recently remodeled and well apportioned. The peak a boo view of the Chetco Bay was convenient to sampling ocean conditions. Limited pictures of the property and furnishings left some details to imagination. We had Plenty of space for our stay. While accommodating upto 10 as advertised is possible, being a cot and sleeping bag If more than two couples are in your party. Rosalie with Pacific Ocean Properties was prompt with communications.

Spacious House in Central Location

The location is wonderful, with three beaches and downtown Brookings all within a one-mile radius; you can catch sight of the ocean between the neighboring houses. There’s a lot of space in the house, and the wide breakfast nook is really useful. Tons of games in the bonus room. The clawfoot tub is, in a word, awesome, with plenty of hot water to fill it, though the shower portion wasn’t very functional. That said, there were some issues. Every time the heat cycled on, the ceiling duct blew first cold then warm air directly onto the bed. WiFi was iffy (there was an EXT connection but the password didn’t work for it); the instructions for the TV were for a different system. I found dealing with the property management to be challenging (for example, I thought the 6-page rental agreement was unusual). This seems to be a new rental, so probably these issues will be smoothed out soon.
