The cabin boasts a beautiful luxury authentic white pine interior that is truly and escape from the memories of everyday city life. It is beautifully appointed inside to give you comfort and relaxation, all the modern touches you could want. You will find a state-of-the-art KitchenAid appliances. All new Mattresses and Bedding throughout the entire cabin. Updated and ready for your family getaway.

What also makes this cabin unique is its location. Timber Ridge Retreat is in the spacious Southern Hills Development, just off 259A, The quite side of town…. The cabin sits exactly half-way between the main Beaver’s Bend State Park entrance and the bustle of all of Hochatown. This is your perfect location to quickly get to your favorite fly-fishing spot on the Mountain Fork River, heading to town for a great meal, or a bit of fun with all the other activities Hochatown has to offer. You will fall in love with this perfect location for your favorite activities.

Downstairs you will find the Great Room and fully stocked Kitchen, master bed room with a King size bed, 65” Smart TV and large master bath with soaking tub. The laundry room is also just off the main entrance along with a half bath for guest. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with Queen beds and 40” Smart TVs and a Full bathroom with tub. Just at the end of the hallway is the Bunk Room with 6 twin size beds.
Timber Ridge Retreat has a spacious screened in game room porch to enjoy year-round. It has a large sectional outdoor couch and 65” TV for watching all your favorite sports or movies. You can bring you favorite gaming device to hook up to this TV and game away for endless hours of entertainment. There is also a mini refrigerator for drinks and snacks. The TRR game room has array of games to enjoy including a ping pong table.

Outside, a large spacious deck with wrap around porch has multiple seating areas welcoming you, as well as a 6 person hot tub. Enjoy relaxing on the porch and watching the kids play on the outdoor Ninja place scape, stroll through the massive hardwoods on the property and end up sitting by the roaring fire in the firepit right next to the cabin. Guest have their own TRR corn hole set ready to play on the long porch or by the firepit area. Timber Ridge Retreat offers everything you’d want in a Real Cabin Escape to the woods.
