The living room of this luxurious property features a large leather sectional, providing ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. Accompanying the sectional are two stylish accent chairs, adding a touch of elegance to the space. A coffee table serves as a centerpiece, perfect for placing drinks or displaying decorative items. Cozy throw blankets are also provided, ensuring warmth and comfort during chilly evenings. The living room is equipped with a big-screen TV, offering a cinematic experience for guests. Additionally, a gas fireplace adds both warmth and ambiance to the room, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation.

A bench swing is also available, perfect for enjoying a gentle breeze or simply unwinding. For those who enjoy outdoor games, cornhole is provided, offering a fun and competitive activity for all ages. A play set is also available, ensuring that younger guests have plenty of entertainment options. It is worth noting that there is an EV outlet on the property, allowing guests with electric vehicles to charge their cars. However, guests will need to bring their own charger. Overall, this property offers a wide range of amenities and activities, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
**Firewood Provided**
General Information – Two Full-size washers and dryers available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board (one upstairs and one downstairs). Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 35, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
