River Ridge ~ 2 story riverfront cabin with hot tub, game room and kayaks

River Ridge is the perfect place in Broken Bow for family vacations for groups up to 8 guests with three bedrooms plus a game room all situated on the bank of the beautiful Mountain Fork River. It has two back porches, one on top level and one on the lower level. The hot tub is on the lower level for complete privacy from any neighboring cabins or the road.

LIVING AREA
River Ridge has an open concept living, kitchen and dining area as you enter the cabin. There's a huge TV in the living room to never miss a game! Ceiling fans, lamps, and tons of personal touches will make you feel right at home.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with all major and small appliances to make preparing meals a breeze. A large bar with seating gives plenty of workspace. Everything you'll need is at the cabin for cooking. Just bring your food. The coffee pot is a Keurig Duo and there is a regular Mr Coffee on the downstairs wet bar. We'll leave you basic coffee supplies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
River Ridge has 3 bedrooms. Two queens are upstairs and the king master is downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath just outside the bedroom doors. The master downstairs has a double vanity bath with a shower. In the game room, there is a day bed with a trundle for the kids.

GAME ROOM
The game room is a great size and has a pool table, PacMan arcade, large TV and as mentioned above, a wet bar with an ice machine and wine fridge. Its door will lead you to the lower-level back porch and straight to the river.

LAUNDRY
The full size stackable washer and dryer are located downstairs, just off the bath. Laundry detergent and bleach are also stocked.

PETS
River Ridge is dog friendly for up to two dogs with an additional $100 fee. Please select the number of pets while making your reservation.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
This cabin attracts both girls' trips and family vacationers and our area has plenty to keep everyone entertained. A 15-minute drive gets you to downtown Broken Bow for eating and shopping. A 20–25-minute drive will take you to Hochatown for hiking, zip lining, go karts, Jeep and boat rentals, tons of restaurants and food trucks and wineries and breweries. There are also plenty of places to shop. We have a petting zoo and a drive-thru safari. Golfing is also available at Cedar Creek at Broken Bow Lake or at the Idabel Country Club.
One of the main reasons folks like to vacation at Broken Bow is to float the Mountain Fork River in the summer. Broken Bow has several great outfitters that rent kayaks. The closest being Wild Goose Kayak Rentals, just a couple of minutes from the cabin. Another draw are the fishing guides in our area. Most do tours year-round. You can choose trout or crappie or bass guided fishing trips.
Would you rather just relax? We have several spas or you can schedule a traveling massage therapist and enjoy your massage right at the cabin!

RULES Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit for River Ridge is $300.

Come enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on one of the two back porches or catch supper off the floating dock on the river level.
