"The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. "Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house."
