"It was a clean space and my room had a smoke smell however they had put a humidifier In The room so that helped a lot. The AC unit worked well, and bathroom was nicely updated and the water was hot. Convenient location to a shopping plaza and restaurants."

"A great location close to the San Francisco airport. The hotel was very nice. The only problem was parking - late at night it took me over half an hour to find a parking space."

"It was nice and contemporary. The downside was that there was a party happening in the pool area (food included), that crowded seating areas and with big kids hanging in the hot tub which was not expected at hotel, let alone Westin! Bathroom item just 1 little body lotion. And the biggest inconvenience is parking. Went around 15 mins just to find parking which we have never experienced at a hotel we paid to stay in. We won’t be returning due to this."

"The view is amazing , little bit noisy because it’s close to airport you can hear the take landing of airplane. With breakfast included . Except there’s no exemption on the the free bottle water , we get there almost 4pm but because we wanted to see the places in Bay Area and were in a hurry after checking in we got off already without thinking of getting water the 2 free each bottle for 4 of us and the time for free bottle water pick up is 5 pm to 6:30 pm imagine if we wait for the water...

"This was not a good holiday inn experience ** $30 a night surprise parking fee ** - room tired and drab. No sign of f remodel in the last couple decades - thin walls - tiny bathroom - super stuff towels - stressed staff - car alarms going off regularly in the parking lot Breakfast was ok."

"The room was clean, a bit outdated but with all the necessary amenities. Restroom fan was no working, but that was not important for us. Parking was not great since the parking lot was full everyday. Breakfast was complimentary for only 2 people per booking, which was okay since the buffet rates were not bad. A little more variety on bread and eggs would’ve been good since the food was not something someone who is diabetic or with health issues could eat. In the afternoon, the restaurant staff...

"The location is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus which is available to take you there. Room was clean and the staff on the front desk friendly and helpful with local knowledge. This was our second stay here in 2 weeks and we would definitely stay again."
